Ingredientele se pun in cuva masinii de paine conform indicatiilor masinii
(in cazul meu in ordinea enumerata mai sus)
Program nr.2: usor (french),
timp 03:25 pentru paine de 1.250 g
Grad de rumenire: ridicat
Rezultat: 1.136 g
Mi se pare cea mai
buna paine de pana acuma!
Crocanta si pufoasa, dulce si sarata, gustoasa si

Ingredients:
* 400 ml of liquid (200 ml milk + 200 ml water)
* 40 g oil
* 2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 whole egg
* 700 g plain 000 flour
* 2 tablespoon milk powder
* 8 g dry yeast
Add the ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturer’s directions.
(in my case in the order listed above)
Program nr.2: easy (french)
Total time 3:25 for a 1.250 g bread
Degree of browning: High
Yielded: 1.136 g
I think this is the best bread I ever made!
Crispy and fluffy, sweet and salty, tasty and fragrant!
